🎓 My entrepreneurial journey: the PEIF
In 2026, I completed the Parcours entrepreneurial pour immigrants francophones (PEIF) at Collège La Cité — an intensive 20‑week program designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools to launch and grow a sustainable business.
On February 13, 2026, I received the official PEIF badge, awarded by La Cité des Affaires — a milestone that marked a turning point in my entrepreneurial development.
This program offered me:
Over 100 hours of virtual training,
10 hours of individual coaching,
A complete self‑learning portal,
Networking opportunities with other entrepreneurs,
Interactive tools to structure and validate a business project.
The PEIF was a decisive step. It strengthened my vision, sharpened my skills, and confirmed my ability to turn an idea into a viable business. From this momentum, Rénovation International Business Development Corporation was born — a company shaped by experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to meaningful impact.

I grew up in Cameroon with a deep passion for renewable energy and sustainable development. From an early age, I understood that innovation could transform entire communities. This conviction led me to found EVAT Solar Cameroon, a pioneering company dedicated to delivering accessible and impactful solar solutions to developing regions.
This entrepreneurial journey taught me three essential lessons that still guide every decision I make:

For several years, as the founder of EVAT Solar, I led major projects funded by PRODEL, the World Bank, and the African Development Bank, with a total executed value of over 600 million FCFA (≈ 1.33M CAD).
My achievements include:
the construction of agricultural and livestock infrastructures (≈ 148,000 CAD),
equipment and supply projects (22,000 to 124,000 CAD),
the importation of specialized equipment (≈ 333,000 CAD).
These projects were more than technical missions. They were human missions. They strengthened my belief that access to energy, employment, and innovation can transform lives. These Cameroonian roots — this conviction shaped by real‑world experience — continue to fuel my mission today in Canada.

Between these two realities, I saw a bridge to build. An opportunity to create a solution that is sustainable, human, and economically meaningful. This new perspective — born from my own journey — is what shaped my mission in Canada.
